Our team is lead by Nicole and Danny Ramer, Polk County’s only Certified Senior Move Managers®. We are A+ Accredited by the National Association of Senior & Specialty Move Managers® (NASMM).
We are the most experienced professional organizers and move managers in Polk County. Our team members are NAPO Organizing Specialists in Residential Organizing, Life Transitions, Workplace Productivity, Household Management, Brain-Based Conditions and Team Productivity. We are fully trained and educated members of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals.

Thank you to the great people at Organized Haven for a smooth move into our new home. I was referred to them when they moved my parents from one apartment to another at a senior living facility in Lakeland and knew of their reputation. We moved from South Florida in June and our house contents were in storage until this month. I initially spoke with Dee and then Kari handled all our move details to a tee. On move day, Dawson, Jeff and Danny arrived right on time at storage and loaded up the truck in 90 minutes and unloaded and placed items in our home within 2 hours. Their pricing is fair and they were very fast and efficient!! Such a professional company who I would recommend highly!!
Karen DixonI must start out by saying Organized Haven has moved me 3 times now and this was by far the most challenging for multiple reasons! On Tuesday a wonderful lady came and started going through and helped me downsize drastically. She was very patient and kind and worked like a whirlwind. I just happened to injure my foot (fractured) and while I spent the morning at the doctor, OH moved me and set up all that they could so I could be off my foot. I would give them 10 stars if possible. Now the rest of the story; 6 days later my couch and loveseat were delivered but the guys were unable to get it in the door with 1try so they left my couch in the hall. OH was here for another move and came to my apt and was willing and able to take time to move the couch in and get them set up. They had a smile and a kind word and calmed me right down. I am sure their shirts were covering their wings because they were angels sent when I needed them!!! I don’t do reviews but everyone needs to be aware of this superior moving company. Diane Patterson
